Terms & Conditions of Sale
Article 1 — Orders
Any order validated online constitutes a sales contract between Kléopatra and the buyer. As jewelry pieces are handcrafted, some models may be made to order; lead times are then indicated on the product page.
Article 2 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Shipping charges, if any, are specified when the order is confirmed. Kléopatra reserves the right to change its prices at any time; items are charged at the rate in force at the time of order.
Article 3 — Payment
Payment is secured via Stripe. Accepted cards and payment terms are those offered by Stripe at the time of the transaction. The order is only finalized after payment confirmation.
Article 4 — Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Kléopatra cannot be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to the carrier. Any anomaly upon receipt must be reported within 48 hours.
Article 5 — Returns
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions applicable to made-to-measure items. Returns are made at the buyer’s expense and risk, in the original packaging and in unworn condition.
Article 6 — Warranty
Our jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by unsuitable use, normal wear or care that does not follow the brand’s recommendations.
Article 7 — Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
